Bug collecting

So i think i got a bug, something happen and beside visual bug of regeneration on enemy, my choke didnt work, i already got rid of artifact with choke before, and opponent hadnt any way of getting new, any idea how it could happen? It was Silent vs Silent. There also was burned into sozu Alchemy.
