Spinning Changes from Vanilla
Added reactions to spin specific plant and wool types into thread or yarn.

Added thread and cloth from abaca and pineapple leaves.

Removed [IMPLIES_ANIMAL_KILL] from wool and troll fur, making spun items tradable with elves. It is no longer necessary to install Shearing is not Killing alongside this mod.
