Pros:

+500% Clip Size
+Can Stay Zoomed In While Amo Is Loaded
+25% Zoom

Cons:

-50% Reload Speed
-15% Firing Speed
-Fires Tracer Bullets

(Team Colored glow around the player, which lasts for 5-10 seconds, and is seen through walls)
+ Minicrits catch enemy on fire
+ +25% damage on charge

- No headshots
- +25% damage taken
- -33% ammo

+ minicrits on bodyshot kill for 3 seconds
- fires tracer rounds
- cannot fire unless zoomed in

+Full charged headshots make the target get set on fire for 4 seconds.
+Full charged bodyshots make the target get set on fire for 2 seconds.
-Deals mini-crits on headshot.
-Shows an orange tracer line that disappears after 2 seconds after each shot.
this would have to be the best one (opinionated)

Nothing survives a fully charged headshot except someone that's been ubercharged. .-.

I think this is easily one of the best, but I'd like to edit it.
Pros:
Upon hitting a target while scoped, they will have a team colored glow around them that can be seen through walls.
Does not require unscope after shot.

Cons:
33% more damage taken.
20% less ammo
Fires tracer rounds.

Think smartly... This is tf2.. No healt regen for weps and make it unique. Something like:

cant fire unless zoomed, tracer on shot... and then the other stats.

-laser is visible in the air when fully charged
-can only shot when fully charged
-+25% charge time
-loud shooting and loading
-bright flash appears when shot

Why loud shooting and loading when we got silencer/suppressor?
we already have the hitman which deals less body dmg and high headshot dmg so my stats should be

+%15 damage on bodyshot
+the guiding laser can be shown once zoomed or unzoomed
-%30 less damage on headshots
-%50 slower charge time
-%25 slower reload speed
-no random crits (due to massive OP dmg on heavies since it got more bodyshot dmg, players would spam it)

personally id like to see this weapon have something more akin to the pomsion, phlog, and cowmangeler. we allready have the machina for more damage, and this whole highlighting thing would be interesting.
