Maybe make it do more damage and faster firering rate, but make it less accurate?

Or maybe it more accuate do to the laser and does less damage?

+ On alt fire: Send out a small wave of fire which will ignite enemies for 2-3 seconds. This can be done once every 8 seconds.
- Shots deal 25% less damage.
- Shots leave a small orange tracer line that fades after .5 of a second.

the building idea is interesting
+When you headshot someone with a Sniper: Fills meter to 100%
+Alt-Fire: When meter is at 100%, shots bullets that "electrocutes" and stuns enemies.
-No random critical hits.

Pro Seite: 1530 50
