I had some issues with a few problem nations, so if you encounter a nation in which the event will fire but not let you declare war on them or play as them, let me know here.

Preferably, go to Debug mode in non-ironman mode, try to get that event to fire again, and tell me here what the specific TAG of the nation, or the name of the nation is, so i can look it up and fix the event.

The events get wonky with the game thinking it's a different event entirely, so i expect that there may be a few bugged events.
