C:\Users\{you}\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves
There should be one or more folders there that probably have a string of numbers for names; inside one of them should be sub-folders for all of your saved worlds. Open the one for your world, then Storage\3102127379.sbm_BylenRingAsteroids.
You should see several ****.xml.example files, as well as a ringDefaults.xml.example. Edit the file name for ringDefaults.xml.example and delete the .example extension; Windows will complain about corrupting files, just ignore it. Once you've done that, open ringDefaults.xml in Notepad and make whatever changes you want to the global parameters. Follow the same process for the xml files of whatever planets you want to add rings to.
Hope that helps!
No other explanation except I made it with Bylen instead of another planet like Limitar. Off to play with this mod!!
