Character skill not effecting quality of made weapons

Character skill does not effect weapon qualitty like with vanilla weapons

update this is a problem with the pistol specifically i noticed

Only just noticed this post, cheers for letting me know, funny enough its only the regular pistol, both silenced pistol and heavy pistol work as intended, guess I just never noticed I'd missed out the upgrade firepower quality for it. Will be fixed in next update.
