Yes.. open your map and select the pilot, then issue the "move to" command on any coordinates on the map. Then have him dismount when you get there there, or rappel if you have to mod.

Im not sure how to do that. I tried typing it and nothing happened. (I havent played arma in while)

You need to press 0, then 0 agian ("Radio" menu item), then 2 ("Request transport" menu item)
"Request vehicle" menu will appear. Select 1 by mouse click (transport request), then select needed velicopter.
Then you will have three menu items.
Map will open after selecting one and you need to point position you want.
First menu item will take you to the position you want on the map, drop you off there and fly back to the base.
Second menu item will pick you up somewhere and take to the base (heli need some time to fly to your position. it's for about five real minutes. very immersive minutes by the way. =) ).
Third menu item will move to location you want and will be waiting to next instructions.

If nothing happened when you press Zero for the first time try to press Backspace first and then Zero.
