How do you fix the fatigue of teammates?
I know how to fix my own (by sleeping) but theirs just keeps dropping and I cannot find a way to tell them to sleep.

Go to the list of teammates (0-0-1), pick one of them that is "joined" then click on "rest" on the right side of the window. He won't be available again until the next game-time day, presumably because he's in the nearby town getting drunk.
