Stats?
If this will be a weapon so i suggesting these stats :3

+ Allows you to fly for short distances
+ 25 HP
- Serve as a primary weapon
What is your suggestion guys?

I think its good exept it should make it so that you have less fire resistance or warrer because it needs mour down sides.

+Allows Player to "mini rocket jump", hold space once in the air to glide.

+Does damage to any enemies around the jetpack when launching or if landed on

-Player cannot use their shotgun (Primary Weapon)

-Player must touch the ground to recharge the jetpack.

Double jumps for the engineer is a super stupid idea, since most engies hardly use their primary and this will just allow them to set up sentries everywhere without requiring any skill (e.g. knowing that you can jump using level 3 sentries)

Nowadays most weapons what Valve add into the game are noobish. Not require too many skills like an honorable mention the Noobdaface Blaster. To balance that damn weapon should be strongly nerfed or add into the game another slowing down weapon next to Natascha like a sticky bomb launcher which detonate is not explosive but create sticky liquid on surfaces and slows down Baby Face Blaster using noob scouts when step into it. I hate them. Burn 'em with fire!

Personally, I don't wish this weapon to added in-game, or else no Engineers will appear in-game anymore. Jetgineers will be the new passion and idiotic sub-class.

The suicide sounds like a big down side and serves as a purpose to not be useing it but the +25% metal reserves is a good idea along with the -35 metal during usage without the suicide chance would make a great weapon/tool

But Demoknight isn't bad yes?
I enjoy the idea of giving some of the other classes the ability to partially rocket-jump, but this item strikes me as very hard to balance properly, considering how important mobility is in TF2. Possibly some version of this could work?

-Allows 2 seconds of flight after jumping, by holding space in the air
-Replaces primary weapon (as the B.A.S.E. Jumper on Demo)
-After landing, the Engineer is staggered for 5 seconds, is unable to place buildings/move buildings until the effect dissipates

Even as a cosmetic, though, this would remain a fun addition to the game, I think.

How about it allowes the engy to fly around very slowly, but uses metal as fuel. It should also make secondary have +25% ammo and +15% damage because your secondary will now serve as a primary, so this weapon will increace your mobility but lower your damage.

Just because the BFB is powerful does not mean it's op and noobish. At that speed, it's kinda hard to aim even with low sensivity! Also, unlke the ♥♥♥ (FaN), and the Soda Noober, it has single reloads, so you don't just instantly reload, no, you have to RETREAT! (Not much an issue with the 173% speed tho). Additionally, it's one of the best weapons in MvM, completely removing the need for speed upgrades. Whle the Uber Update came with a ton of stuff for F2Ps, this weapon is truly high-quality and can be used by more experienced users as well.
