Place the lift with nothing on it..

Hover cursor over the lift and the interface should say "USE"..

Press the corresponding use button..

It'll give a GUI of all items you have saved..

Click one & Load it..

Provided you have all of the pieces in your backpack the item will appear on the lift..

Saving an item is the same but that works when you use the lift whilst a creation is on the lift.


Don't save things with items in storage chests as those items will be gone when it's loaded back on the lift.

I actually use this so often, i almost forget what it is.

its listed as a custom game, but its enabled no matter where you go, survival, or custom game modes. Electrodoc68 is correct in how its used, however.
