Enemies spawning underwater
So, I have a farm next ot the ocean, like 20 blocks away from the water and every time there is a raid most of the enemies spawn underwater. I have no idea how and why this is happening.

Is it a bug ?

Nah, mine do too but you can still shoot them with spud guns from the surface to underwater.
