The screen dialogue text does remain as "Deliver the Crates in the Garage" but if you've put the crates in there the NPC quest will complete after you chat with them.
"Drop the Crates in the Garage" to "Talk to" *NPC NAME*
Which you may be expecting to see..
Just drop the crates at the drop point and then talk to whoever the sidequest is related too and this should progress perfectly..
The Garage or ANY Drop off area will tend to have a clean up routine and if you notice its disappearing trick you may see it as a despawn when it isn't.
It's most probably just registering the crate as Arrived and despawning it.
Very important that the player doesn't start spawning things in as this tends to break quests or the player talking to an NPC with an unlimited inventory still enabled.!
Therefore why would you win a quest reward when your inventory blueprints contain everything unlockable in game.?
In some cases IMO this will lead to the game being ruined because the original game inventory will be unable to register certain unlocks from particular quests preformed etc.
