Only spoiler in this post: a cave exists in the game.

I revisited the cave with my vehicle and noticed some components wont work in there:

• Resource collector - wont collect any resources as long it's attached to the vehicle. Any resources put manually into it will be consumed by refinery w/o issues.
  The collector can be removed from vehicle and will start collecting, but the refinery will no longer refine those resources. After leaving the caves, the collector need to be removed and placed again on the vehicle.
  
• Any lights. Only working lightsource were the headlamp. Forgot to remove and place them again to see if that fix them.

Is it possible to fix that somehow or is that a limitation of the base game?
