Battery / Gas Recharge Station
The recharge stations themselves work but they do not pull the batteries / gas from a pipe chest attached to the station. The battery alternators can over-charge so it's not as painful there.

I solved that with a special pipe to the recharge station, that is connected to anything else and at the fuel/battery chest is an emptying pump that will pump batteries/gas out of the chest. SO when there is space in the recharge station it get filled.
