Me too, I had 1 chest collecting Glow which was great. As soon as I connect it in to pipe network all cases wont accept from either me or craft bot outputs.

Even after ripping that 1 filter I have out it's still no/go..

I found you have to remove all filters and take storage cases off and reattach again..
I Reckon the filters may be more suited as single non looped filters for auto farm crop sorting.?

I tried different logic connection options but if glow was there it put it in the case weather the logic was on or off..

I can't seem to get them to play well with loop networks. :(

can u be more specific? as i have 6 chest an 1 is empty an the others r not all full. the chest on top of the 5 chest there in pic is empty

It also Looks like you have a stack of 2, 3 & another 3 on the right.?
Unless they are looped together on the RHS ports then they look to me as overflows.?

But specifics would be a big help does this overflow chest need to also connect to the output of a filtered chest as well as connected to an unfiltered items thru' main pipeline.?

Does the filter pump need to be used.? If so in what roll.?

Does Bill have a side quest where he will give me a beetroot if I help him plumb in his water system & sort his bathroom flush and shower water from his drinking water utilising this systems mechanism..?

I'd do that quest with more enthusiasm than that manky scrap car tutorial in vanilla.! :)

So how my system is setup is all then machine's in a line with a T pip in between them coming out the back and around the after the last machine its piped into the chest the first row is the chest with filters, not sure why all lights don't come on even with a switch to turn them on an off dont do nothing. then i have that line coming to the rest of the chest an all those chest r connected to one another

Hmm. Maybe a cross pipe on the RHS of the output of the fith case and have that RHS of that cross pipe going to a standalone case.?

That should overflow anything filtered or otherwise.

So Lengthening each of the top straight vac pipes by a length or two then move all but the first in the line of five to the right should provide overflow to the stack of 8 on the far right.?

It's just a new item only really experienced in specific MODs ( Possibly this one ? )
So hope you understand the confusion.

So the similar pump is that just used for items in a chest but hasn't been ejected into a filter by a machine.?

Placed it here instead & tried with it physically connected & disconnected however cases weren't locked out this time so i put a filtered item in a case earlier down the line and nothing :(

I'd set filter to metal 3 & I could manually deposit only metal 3 in that case as expected but I couldn't get metal 3 into the filter case by dropping some in a case earlier down the line.
With filter pump powered on or off or physically connected / disconnected.

I have some bots with storage between the out of one and the in of another so I dropped a M3 stack in there and nope.. But I only have the 1 return.

I just learned that the "Assembler" craft bot (Looks like the vanilla craft bot), only accepts materials from the left the other modded bots don't care which side they pull from.

I don't know if this is something to consider when setting up a crafting line, but there it is.
A possible one way valve to maybe consider.?
