Hi. a few ways outlined to get relevant information in order to debug any issues.

Most problems are encountered when the player or players aren't running the most recent release of the Mod especially if multiple players are running different mod versions.

Open an in game chat window and type

/modversion

this should be the same number on all computers and ideally the most recent number listed in the "Change Notes" tab of Crashlander.

If it isn't then exit the game, unsubscribe, give it a minute then re-subscribe
No game progress should be lost

You can get a lot of information as your game loads by right clicking "Scrap Mechanic" in the steam library and click "Properties" then in the "General" tab -> "Launch Options" text box type "-dev"
without the quotes. Then start the game.

This gives a live separate window of things happening as the game runs and loads.
Ideal information is copy and pastable usually on the last few lines of the consoles output text
as the error is encountered in game.

Switch to that console window with "Alt + Tab" or use the Windows key.

Highlight the text by click dragging then click the top left icon of the console window and click copy. open notepad paste & save to attach to a message.

You can get to the Log file by right clicking "Scrap Mechanic" in the steam library and click "Manage" then click the "Browse Local Files" tab -> open the "Logs" directory & the file at the top should be the most recent especially if you are using the default details view and files are ordered by date.

If you're unsure right click the topmost log file and go to "Properties" to check the
creation time / date.

This file opens with any text editor and would be useful if posted to one of the Devs in discord.
