So there's very fast and efficient setup, shown in this video. It does not work for me, though it clearlly does work for author of the video, and for some random unknown reason it started to work for one of the commenters under this video.

I played around for a bit, and found out that sometimes heavy alternator makes no batteries at all, until it's the last thing to be placed in the setup, and sometimes even that does not help. There's a bit of additional info in the comment section under the video.
