New Year Mini Update: Added the Copperscale Kobolds. A New tag in Southern Sarhal.
Added 2 new tags to represent the clusters of Darkscale Kobolds.
Series of Bugfixes for the Winescale Mission tree that were left over as well as the Unique Monument now working properly.
Added a Mission tree for the Redscale with a total of 40 Missions
Added two unique naval doctrines for Greenscale and Copperscale
-Removed deprecated artificer files that cause issues with the decision tab
-Added Drake Hounds Mythical Cav for Silverscale
-Removed broken code of WIP content that messed with Mission Trees
-A ton of bugfixes
-Added the first part of the Darkscale Mission tree
-Artificery should work now (I hope)
-Added the complete Mission tree for the Darkscales containing almost 40 missions
-Added a new spawnable tag in the Empire, Kobold refugees that can spawn when two of the three Dragon Coast Kobold Clans has disappeared
-A few fixes here and there
