Mod seems to be completely nonfunctional on Nvidia GPUs

Works for a friend who has an AMD GPU, but not me. FPS capped at 60 ingame, Not capped anywhere else. Mod is still loaded because it throws an error in chat if I turn on Frame Skip, but otherwise does nothing to go beyond 60FPS. Monitor is 144hz.
