I feel like the reason they put the twin towers in the map is for people to recreate the event with the plane gun mod or somthing similar

Most likely not, it can be seen as more of a memorial as a "simple immature joke."

Anytime I use this map, the first thing I do is recreate 9/11, so you can get offended all you want. I do not care. :)

They made the twin towers because its a tower in new yolk (EGGS).

And there remaking new yolk (EGGS).

So yeah that's most likely why.
