Because it seems like some peoples may want to get those clothes but not on MP servers, and I'm also thinking about obtain through spawned zombies sometime will be troublesome because eliminate those zombies will surely produce holes of those clothes, even hit with blunt weapons.
Spawning in clothing store or closet will be suitable and it's ensure that those clothes are in the perfect conditions before you take it.
