The Clusters and Galaxies Wouldn't Load

i got in the Map Perfectly Fine. but all i see is Nothing but a space Skybox instead of the Polygon Texture galaxies... is there a Reason the Galaxies Never Spawned in or do i Have to Travel Far enough to see a Cluster...
