Getting my butt kicked
How am I supposed to win battles with Araby? I've been playing Fatindira and if I'm not getting my butt kicked by dwarves the lizardmen are curb stomping me. Even when I outnumber them two armies to one, I still can't win. They don't even have anything special, just tons of basic troops and maybe one or two special units. I've never had this much trouble winning with a faction before.

Yeah I gotta admit the early game for the scythians is rough. You don't even have the infinite intern printer that Jafar has, and early game dwarfs are difficult to beat with all that armour. Dunno how to make it easier tho, sorry

Why are you fighting dwarves? Are they not friendly to you after killing all the rats around? Order factions typically dont fight other order factions, try and fight their enemies. You can spam elephants against south dwarves but if you fight ungrim GG. Imo whole race kinda sucks ass cause you cant raise an army for ♥♥♥♥ without having a designated lord for it. Camels have infinite vigor so the real trick is to either kite with archers or cycle charge on repeat, fatindira is very cavalry based meanwhile jaffar is more infantry based. I noticed that the lizardmen of that area have really good early game troops (saurus warriors and skinks) but field really bad late game troops (a whole stack of carnosaurs that gets wiped by a spear stack) so might just have to try to fight lizards later.

Araby can make vassals, its not an order faction :). At least golden magus can.
Fatandira feels kinda underpowered. LL sneak/stalk focusing is never that good outside of multiplayer since the AI pretty much ignores it and can see you anyway. That said you really don't have a reason to be fighting the dwarves. Using The Old World campaign at least your best bet is to take some nearby orc regions and gift them to Barak Var for gold + alliance. The scythians seem like a faciton where you're meant to build tall rather than expand and conquer.

I have to also say that Aswad Scythans start is actually badly tuned. She starts without a full province to capture, since you are incentivized not to brawl with Numas. Moreover you have to cross Numas Land if you want to at least get the 2nd settlement in that region. Maybe move her to Lahmia?
Anyway, her start is lackluster and not really fun.

She's also focused on desert units, but you can't get any of them except Desert Riders until you get a tier 3 settlement. You also don't get caravans and your unique campaign feature takes a very long time to ever kick in and get the bonuses of it. Personally I think she'd work much better as a nomadic horde faction. Jaffar and Magus can both get going and start building quick, with Fatandira you pretty much have to sit and twiddle your thumbs for a dozen or more turns before you can even start to make progress.

If it's worth anything I also don't think I've ever seen the AI Scythans last past turn 8 or so. They get wiped fast.

to be fair all the OvN factions seem to get wiped pretty quickly. I suspect it's something to do with how the AI handles minor factions, that's why you never get, say, Ostland getting lucky and taking over the empire or whatever

I'd like to report some shortcomings. First of all, Sultan Jafar the legendary hero has no marker that he is legendary, orange color on the indicator. Further could you make a normal roaster and the location of the levels of tire units correctly? And as an example at 4 tire forge 3 level artillery, and the last 5 - 2 tire. Thank you, I hope these small flaws will be fixed
Also you can read the comments under the submod, there too people write about balance
