Quest Battle List
All quest battles can be played from the main menu!

Creative Assembly Quest Battles - Restored Cut Content - WH2
These quest battles come from game 2's Vortex campaign.
  • Hunter and the Beast (Markus Wulfhart v Nakai the Wanderer) -complete
  • Shadow and the Blade (Malus Darkblade v Deathmaster Snikch) -complete
  • Warden and the Paunch (Grom v Eltharion) -complete
  • Twisted and the Twilight (Sisters of Twilight v Throt) -complete
  • Silence and the Fury (Taurox v Oxyotl) -complete
  • Vampire Coast Final Battle (Luthor, Noctilus, Aranessa, Cylostra) -complete
  • Black Pyramid Final Battle (Settra, Khalida, Khatep, Arkhan) -complete
  • The Lost Vaults (Thorek Ironbrow) - complete

Creative Assembly Quest Battles - Restored Cut Content - WH1
There's several cut quest battles from game 1 I'm trying to put back into the game.
  • Eye for an Eye (Khazrak One Eye v Boris Todbringer) -narrative only. CA made no quest battle for this
  • Season of Revelation (Orion v Morghur) - quest battle was basically the same as Defence of the Oak so I instead made a new quest battle for this and made sure to include Ariel who was absent when this minicampaign came out
  • Thorgrim cut quest battle -complete - repurposed into a battle where you reclaim Black Crag from the Greenskins and rescue King Kazador's kin
  • Mannfred cut quest battle -incomplete
  • Grimgor cut quest battle -repurposed into a fight for the Darklands against the Chaos Dwarfs
  • Karl Franz cut quest battle -incomplete

Custom Final Battles for DLCs
CA never gave their first lord packs final battles against each other. I want the older DLCs to be able to have these big climatic showdowns so I have been making quest battles for them.
  • The Grim and the Grave (Volkmar v Ghorst) -complete
  • The King and the Warlord aka War for the Eight Peaks (Belegar v Skarsnik v Queek) -complete
  • The Queen and the Crone (Alarielle v Hellebron) -complete
  • The Prophet and the Warlock (Ikit Claw v Tehenhauin) -complete

Custom Quest Battles - Misc
Just some random quest battles I've been thinking up and putting into the game.
  • Moonfall - Tretch Craventail must fight Vampires and Chaos Dwarfs to harvest a precious warpstone meteor
  • The Tears of Isha - this is a confrontation inspired by End Times. Allarielle must confront a chaos-tainted Ariel and claim her powers for her own.
  • The Siege of Hell Pit - When Archaon comes to destroy Hell Pit, Ghoritch finally has the opportunity to claim his vengeance against his old master.
  • The Day of Reckoning - Belegar, along with other Dwarf Legendary Lords, marches on Skavenblight, ready to bring ruin to the Ratmen once and for all!
  • The Storm of Chaos - Karl Franz leads a united nation of men, elves and dwarfs against the Everchosen's horde in a grand battle that will decide the very fate of the world - inspired by the Immortal Empires trailer
  • Hunters Unite - Oxyotl and Orion work together to track down some Beastmen - inspired by the Immortal Empires trailer
  • Oxyotl's 4 quest battles against Greater Daemon LLs - It was really disappointing that CA never revisited Oxyotl's campaign since he was introduced BEFORE Warhammer 3. All his lore is about hunting daemons in the Chaos Realms and there's none of that in his campaign. So I made these four quest battles to give Oxyotl the battles he deserves against the Ancient Enemy.
  • Assault on Black Skull Mountain - the Black Dwarf is terrorising the Worlds Edge Mountains, invulnerable thanks to his adamantium anvil. Thorgrim, with help from the White Dwarf, must find and destroy his anvil and bring an end to his reign of terror! This quest battle was adapted from a scenario from a White Dwarf magazine.
  • The Battle of La Maisontaal - Ikit Claw seeks the Black Arc, stolen from Skavenblight by the Bretonnian Monk, Bagrian. Heinrich Kemmler also seeks the Arc for his own designs. This is a really old school battle with iterations from numerous sources: White Dwarf, Warhammer Chronicles and even Citadel Journal.
  • Into the Maelstrom - Skrag uncovers the truth about the Sea Maw.
  • Gold & Glory - ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is given his most lucrative contract yet. (Inspired by Omens of Destruction trailer + ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥'s lore.)
  • The Battle of Elfincourt - The Fay Enchantress must fight off Orion's Wild Hunt that has grown out of control.
  • Red Dawn - King Louen Leoncoeur must fight his bastard son and save Bretonnia from his vampiric influence. Inspired by End Times and Immortal Empires trailer.
  • Last Stand of the Asrai - Morghur will finally achieve his goal of devouring the Mage-Queen and corrupting the Oak of Ages.
  • The Battle of Black Pit - Orion, led by the Skink Oxyotl, journeys into the Realm of Chaos to defeat Morghur permanently. Inspired by Immortal Empires trailer.

If you have ideas for important confrontations from the lore leave a suggestion in the comments so I can make it into a quest battle. Make sure you post source title and page number.

Quest Battle Activation Guide
ALERT - Before you waste your time reading this, take note that I have crafted every route to accomodate all these quest battles. That means IF YOU JUST PLAY THE GAME AND COMPLETE THE ROUTES YOU WILL ENCOUNTER THESE QUEST BATTLES IN THE COURSE OF YOUR CAMPAIGN. So really you should only be looking at this if you think you have a bug.

If you have completed these conditions and the quest battle didn't trigger, this means you have a scipt break caused by a poorly-coded mod. Nothing to do with this mod. You need to run Context Viewer to watch for this. For more guidance on this read here. I cannot help you troubleshoot your personal mod conflict problem unless you come Discord and undertake a troubleshooting process.

  • Markus Wulfhart vs Nakai - Have at least 100 Acclaim
  • Nakai vs Markus Wulfhart - Complete route 2
  • Deathmaster Snikch vs Malus Darkblade - Perform 4 rituals of the following category: Nightlord's Say-So
  • Malus Darkblade vs Deathmaster Snikch - Construct at least 5 of the following buildings: Temple of Eldrazor
  • Throt vs Sisters of Twilight - Build landmarks specified in route 3: Dukhlys Forest Brood Warren, Warpstone Pillar, Broken Heart of Laurelorn, The Black Deeps
  • Sisters of Twilight vs Throt - Perform the Ritual of Rebirth at the Witchwood
  • Eltharion vs Grom the Paunch - Have at least 100 Ladrielle's Blessings (Yvresse Defence Level 3)
  • Grom the Paunch vs Eltharion - have at least 12 recipes
  • Taurox v Oxyotl - Have at least 100 Marks of Ruination
  • Oxyotl v Taurox - Complete at least 10 Vision of the Old Ones Hard Missions
  • Tomb Kings: Battle of the Black Pyramid - Collect all the Books of Nagash
  • Vampire Coast: Battle of the Eternal Tides - Reach 24,000 Infamy
  • Ghorst vs Volkmar - Destroy faction: Cult of Sigmar
  • Volkmar vs Ghorst - Destroy faction: Caravan of Blue Roses
  • Belegar at Karak Eight Peaks - Build landmark at Karak Eight Peaks
  • Skarsnik at Karak Eight Peaks - Build landmark at Karak Eight Peaks
