Lag when opening inventory system (F4)
I'm suddenly experiencing some lag like maybe 20 seconds or so when I open my ships inventories in F4. Any idea why this could be happening? I do recall watching a video where Spanj was having the same thing happen. Do I have too many ships? I have two CV's 5 Sv's and 2 HV's. One of the CV's carries all of them. I have no base.

Did you change between creative and normal mode recently? You need to go out of EGS completely or weird things can happen. I would try that now to see if it helps.

Also if you are in a laggy area, that can make it worse, like near (some) POIs

I did exit my single player game and went in and out of creative a couple of times for testing and "science". Thanks for the tips. I'll pay more attention. It seems to be inconsistent.

Just rebooted my whole system and am in a barren desert area and it opens fast at the moment.
First off do NOT use the change mode command. You can corrupt your save. If you must make sure you do not leave the current area you are in. Do not go out of render distance of anything if you have used cm. And when you are done make sure you turn it off. As suggested after turning it off it would be best to make a save and restart the game. Just don't use it. If you want to test stuff just start a separate creative mode game.

Thanks for the tip, that's good to know. Luckily. I never have used that command. I'm pretty much limited to the "di" command and then "destroy" to remove poi's and asteroids I've finished with. Sometimes I'll use "sbp" to compare a ship to original blueprint if I'm having problems I can't figure out. Other than that, I don't like to use any cheats unless the game is totally glitching (like getting stuck in a block or a seat).
