How do you save your character between two sessions ?

Just curious. How do you save your character between two game sessions ? I use the Save to Chest, but it's risky as you're never sure you didn't forget something.

I use to run a pdf outside of TTS. I imagine you could do something now with the tablet and perhaps dropbox

There is also a companion Apps on iOs and Android (The Android version cost a 1$ or something, I dont know about the iOs version)
There's also the Notebook in TTS
