I am not sure what mod exactly do you mean, but if it is not an overhaul mod then it should be compatible with mine.

I don't know how possible to do but getting some sort of unique event/reward/item when you fight and kill malekith would be a great addition imo to conculude your revenge arc.

Nice idea, I thought about it earlier, but I am not so skilled in event creation, but may be in future I will add it.

I'm not able to recruit Shades. I have the local buildings and 2 black arcs with the building and it still says 0/0

Black ark buildings do not provide warband recruitment, they give you units for regular recruitment without any cap. On my side they work fine. As for local building, again, on my side they spawn to warband recruitment pool, so I guess it may be other mod issue.

Hello, do you know which console command belongs to the faction lord varion? For personal use, I try to edit your mod to be able to move him to a standard DE faction too.
Hello absolutely love the character design and faction, although I would like him to be confederateable by other Druchii factions and vice versa allow him to confederate other Druchii factions.

so i think this mod has a LOT of cool ideas, but imma be honest, its doing way too much.
most of the vampire coast features, warband upgrades, infamy upgrades, lohkirs black ark recruitment and 6 dark elven rites feels like way more features then this faction needs.

but im not an a-hole, so heres my possible solutions
1. you could make him a full on horde faction
Reason: the lore say this guy is ran away from the dark elves, so it would make sense that he wouldnt keep true settlements until malekith is dealt with.
2. retain the following faction mechanics
1) warband recruitment
2) black market
3) vampire coast: infamy, Treasure hunting and pirate coves
4) boarding black arks (love this feature)
5) legendary lord being a black ark
Reason: these are the really cool ideas that make me want to use this mod.
3. ditch the following features
1) warband upgrade
2) infamy upgrades
3) Black Arks at every port
4) the extra 2 elven rites compared to everyone else
Reason: these features make the campaign feel bloated.
4. the pirate coves could be expanded vs. vampire coast, like a skaven undercity, then when you conquer Naggarond (or maybe a quest battle), you can start building actual cities.
Reason: it could be a really cool goal to reach for, maybe as a short victory and the long victory is taking over or destroying the remaining elven factions.

i apologize if this is alot, but i had to get this off my chest, like i said this mod has a ton of really cool ideas, its just a little bloated.
i hope youll take these into consideration, much respect - a random guy on the internet
