Well, this won't be very useful, but all I can say is that by having Obtained Levels in the Sand Gauge and then traversing to another Floor, at the Starting Room you should receive three Cloudy Bubbles of Golden Dust showing some options for empowering the Sand Pouch.

I'd imagine you already tried to do this and it didn't work, but I can't really give much more help than this.
Just be careful to have the Levels as you go into another Floor, if you complete the Levels of the Sand Gauge nothing will happen on the same floor you do so.

1: Apply somnolence to enemies with your Sand Pouch
2: Killing them while they are under this effect will replenish your sand meter
3: When the sand meter is filled it become empty and give you 1 point
4: Travel with atleast 1 point to the next floor
The upgrades will only spawn if you can afford them. No points = no upgrades

i was wondering i had gotten a point and it spawned a crescent moon with three clouds
i couldnt have picked up walked through them and spammed every button what was i suppose to do there? thank you

what happens if you can't apply sand?
or how can you apply sans onto enemies?

for some reason I can't do that I dunno if it's a conflicting mod or something else
