KNOWN ISSUES
  • Map now crashes in Black Mesa's anniversary patch.
  • Pressing two or more movement keys at once in the menu will select multiple NPCs. This is not an intended feature, please make sure to only press one directional key at a time or you'll need to exit out to reset the menu.

UNFIXABLE
Here is a list of known issues that unfortunately cannot be fixed at this time, due to issues with Black Mesa itself.
  • Certain NPCs are unable to deal damage to each other
  • Gonarch AI will not turn on unless they see the player, even if being damaged by enemies. May have something to do with AI settings.
  • The Apache may glitch out and start shooting at the ground/wall.
  • Certain types of damage killing the Apache (Bullsquid spit, Xen Controller energy balls) will crash the game.
  • Mortar spam crashes the game.
  • The Xen variants of the Alien Grunt and Controller may hide inside the spawn room and refuse to leave.
