Does any one know how's the calculation of auto-increase of skills point?

Really don't auto-increase my companions that already use all of their skills point and i play for sometime get like another 1 skill point for random reason can you tell me why?

In perisno you get random stats point for playing, its a way to say that your character got stronger for time progressing.

I've noticed that skill points seem to be linked to your honor level. If I've saved a few towns from bandits (I never accept the gift they offer), I'm more likely to get additional points to spend, both for myself and my companions.

So it is not related to no, of kills or exp.? Would it also related to renown?

if you sit idle you will get points no matter what, they have a formula but its kind of random, its to simulate that the hero is getting better and better with time.
