Troops Routing

Do troops (on either side) ever run away or something? I see sometimes that very few troops run away a for like a few seconds and then comeback right away even if they are the last person. Is it a bug or is it just removed.

Yeah do you mean the range units right? that will happen when you charge to them i dunno why new smart AI system maybe? it's kind of annoying right to chase them down to the litmit size of the map.
