Correct but don't the Villages automatically go to the faction that conquered the nearby town/castle? The villages shouldn't be still under their control of the Geldar. Also the Lords all seem to be missing, most likely imprisioned with the exception of One lord and the King themselves when they have around eight or nine lords. Loir doesn't even have a lord assigned to it.
Also the Castle under "Notes" still say it belongs to the Geldar King but on the map it says its under the control of the Drahara Kingdom and has the Banner of a different Lord from the Drahara Kingdom.
ya thats a bug. try capturing, killing or turning the lords to take down the kingdom.
