Diplomacy
Good day

I have not play this mod in a year or so and with the new version I can't seem to find the option to send an emissary to another faction. I remember I use to talk to my wife and she had an option to talk about diplomatic things and there I could send an emissary.

Spoken to the Ministry in my castle and don't have that option or to my companions, I am not married in this game yet.
Searching for the King/Queen every time to negotiate peace is a bit stupid

I did look through the discussions but could find anything regarding diplomacy

The minister has to be the one appointed from your companions in order to have the option to send an diplomat to another faction. You still have the option when first becoming an independent power to appoint a local to the first minister posting; however, he will not have all the options available compared to appointing one of your companions to the post.
