Equipment Upgrade
Is there any way to upgrade equipments except to get it by luck from mystic merchant ????

As TyrannicalTp mentioned, the dwarf is able to upgrade weapons and armor. Only one upgrade by day. Exit the inn and turn to your right. He is the first dwarf you will see.
