Inventory Bug
In my game, after the update. The inventory lost everything every time I get into another city. It also ask me to appoint a noble to manage a village. How every I do not join any kingdom or having a kingdom. I don't even a lord in the game.

You need to start a new game. Previous saved games were not compatible with the update.
