The Falcon are an unfinished faction that never got their unique recruitment method added. The only good thing about being in their faction is to make friends with their nobles so that when the falcon are destroyed you get really good vassals.

HA! No. While their nobles are good, their troops destroy armies way over their size in field battles and are very worth the time.

You need to be a vassal, and have 50 or more relations with the faction, and then you can recruit nobles from castles and towns. There is no village recruitment. Their units are very powerful so it's worth it to make friends anyway. You can also have positive relations with the faction without being a part of it with a high persuasion and recruit them from prisoners, which is honestly the way I tend to do it. Just remember that joining a faction resets your relationship, so don't raise it and then join someone else if you want to keep it.

Relations with the faction combined with your persuasion is how you recruit prisoners of any faction. Follow a lord around and join them in battles to easily raise faction relation. Getting relations high can be challenging, if you're looking to reliably recruit from the small factions that initially start hostile.

I didn't know they added a Falcon recruitment method. That's good news. Last I heard they were planning on making "Military Academies" for the Falcon but apparently you can just recruit them at castles now.

This is an eventual idea, but for now, only nobles, or the age old trick of enlisting patrols and taking their troops. We are still considering academies at some point however.

Or fight the enemies of the Realm of the Falcon and rescue their troops. It is amazing how often 75% or more of my troops started out as rescued troops. Literally thousands of troops. I train them all to max level in their troop tree than often reinforce the warbands of my nobles or garrison castles for them before turning the castles over to them. Though the few hundred Falcon troops I rescue tend to be reserve troops garrisoned at my castles and towns in order to raise a professional army on the spot when needed.
