There should be a folder called ''Mount&Blade Warband Savegames'' somewhere in your documents folder, all savegames are there. The 9 slots for save games are named from sg00 to sg09, with an additional backup named ''last_savegame_backup.sav''. Changing the name to the sg__ format should work.

Unfortunately that save might also be corrupted in that case there isn't anything you can do to restore the save, usually it is recomended to manually created backup saves, specially when playing mods. I personally move any savegame I want to keep to other folder before starting a new characer and then use the 9 spaces to change save around every 1 to 2 hours of playtime.

That been said if you really want to continue that game you can use cheats to restore the inventory to the best of your memory. Cheats should be enable, access the console by tapping ''CTRL'' + '' º '' in the world map and write '' cheatmenu'' then camp and there should be new option. I dont know exacty where there is an option to get any item, you will be given access to items in a range of item identification number and you can move them to your inventory, that been said it is like a merchant so you have to pay, shouldnt be a problem with the money cheat. If you dont want to have the cheatmenu after you can write ''nocheatmenu'' in the console.

Edit: I didnt remember how to access the cheatmenu and I wrote it wrong, its been a while since I used it.

I checked and the automatic backup is screwed too. Funnily enough, this save I was on now was a replacement for the one that I lost to this exact same corruption earlier this year. This particular corruption doesn't just delete your inventory but permanently makes your character and many others look weird and bald, bugs out many npc and lord dialogues, and deletes some of your lords from the map, making the game basically unplayable and not even worth the effort to try and cheat your inventory back because of all the other stuff that's permanently broken. Months of playing down the drain. I should've made a manual backup having learned my lesson already, but I wasn't thinking. Unfortunately, I lack the wherewithal to try again given just how far I'd progressed with this save. I'd conquered all of Maccavia, the Reich, and Sut, as well as parts of Tolrania, was starting to take over the Valahir, and was sticking it to the Zann and just wiped out one of the Hordes, and now it's all gone. It'll be awhile before I get back into Perisno.
