or
Have 4 out of 5 level legitimacy, while being Sinful level of piety.
Level of piety can be interchanged with Excommunicated trait, or accompanied with 2-3 sinful personality traits, depends on what is your approach to actual difficulty of getting specific nicknames.
"Self-proclaimed divine right" is modifier, obtainable in martial lifestyle event chain, where you ride in search of your troops. Too lazy to provide actual ID of event or modifier, sorry.
Requirements: Sire or birth at least 7 bastards, and zero legitimate children
Description: "[character] seems to be quite fond of breeding with anyone but their spouse."
