I had a shiny mewtwo which turned into Clefable, a Ditto and a Shiny Articuno? I think it's being triggered after defeating a boss as the first time it happened was after i defeated skeletron. Then after defeating King slime as for the third time i'm not sure it might've been triggered after completing a modded event ( Acid rain event which spawns enemies.)
