I'll be looking to add mod options to turn off spawning soon, but I'll be reducing the rates for now until I get that implemented.
I'm not too keen on creating a submod, tbh. But with the rates correctly low and the option to remove spawning completely, that should remove any frustrations with the spawning.
Personally, I love seeing a guitar hanging in random houses, but only when the rates are at a minimum.
The testing I've done looked liked the numbers were low and the buildings they could spawn in were limited to what had been defined, but I guess there's more checks to put in.
