how can I find groups of survivors?

(I don't speak English properly, so I'm writing in translation)
I can find survivors but I could not search for survivor groups, can you tell me how to do it?

You have to find a military HAM radio. Once you have one and it is turned on, ignore the device window and right-click on the radio itself and you should get an option to contact survivor groups.

Any HAM radio should work but radios with a longer range should be able to contact groups further away.
