Keep spawning with an ecumenopolis even without the Elder Race origin.
Hi! Just as title says, I keep spawning with an ecu even without the specific fallen empire origin. Not sure why, I'm not the smartest.

Hasn't that been fixed yet? I believe I fixed it with the previous patch!!

Can you tell me your starting origins, civics and stuff so that I can remake that issue on my end?
