Added persistent bewitching table buff. The first time a player gains the bewitching table buff during the current session, it will persist until the player leaves the world. The buff can still be removes by right clicking it's icon, but it will be reapplied on respawn. Any minion that was using the bewitching buffs slot will also be resummoned on respawn.
