Uuh, let's try make some stats
+100% shield bash damage
+80% fire damage resistance
+50% explosion damage resistance
+60% bullet damage resistance
-20% movement speed on wearer
-breaks after taking more than 300 HP damage
-50% charge lengh
-can't take it back after breaking (only gain it back by touching a resuply locker or respawning)

+15% explosive damage resistance
+15% bullet damage resistance
+Gives 1 guaranteed spook to your primary weapon for a kill with shield bash
+200% increase in turning control while charging
