Mods with personal preference or that need extra explanation

Information forwarded and pruned from The Empire collection, if you read those jump to mod number 15 where i explain stuff for Wood Elves

  1. [Mod] Masters of The Guilds | End Game Skills Miniseries - this is my personal version of the mod "Automatic Mentor" by Mordy: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2936019281 , the mod provides the skill for free, but in my version i also lowered the levels of the skill along the auto-assign, resulting in your lords and heroes sharing the xp. More info in the mods description, please use the "Automatic Mentor" if you don't like my change

  2. Building Slots Extended - this is a whole series of mods that provide:
    • 20 building slots major city
    • 6 building slots minor city
    • Building slots for Wood Elves
    • Extra race compat mod
    If you feel that's too much - there is a whole variety of other version of this mods linked in their descriptions, but with all the landmarks mods in this collection it totally makes sense and you will utilize those slots :)

  3. Cryswar's Leaders of Legend - i have never truly discovered this mod, but i know that it provides excellent content including new innate traits, so it lands on the list together with "[Submod] Cryswar Leaders of Legend - No skill rework and expanded traits" that leaves only those traits in the game. There's multiple other skills mods on the list that provide equivalent and currently more content (imho)

  4. Dynamic World + FanciER Forestry - the heaviest GFX mod on the list, if you'd like to cut some mods for FPS - i'd start from here, I additionally use "Simple Synamic Settlements", but it's awaiting update so it's put on hold.   5. End Times: Incarnate Traits (Level 30 Traits) - version available with traits at lvl 50: End Times: Incarnate Traits https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2995938982

  6. Execute (useless) Lords & Heroes - there are some cases of multiplied characters across the mods, that you might encounter. I do not provide any changes in the code or submods to make the choice for you which one to keep, but if you feel you don't need one of them - there is an option to hard delete them from the game. Probably saved game compatible if you don't want to use it all the time.

  7. Faster Character Refresh - as you probably know using mods causes the saved characters to bug and become unavailable unless you run exactly same set of mods, which is quite unfair. To counter this I am using this mod to access more characters faster and get that disciplined ASAP on my team :D

  8. Just Good Babysitter - mod contains a toggleable feature for the characters on battle screen that allows them to use their abilities on autopilot if that something you'd like. I'm using the mod as it has a custom window that puts all the characters active abilities and spells in one place, really good QoL mod

  9. Legendary Lore - flavour text only, if you hate pop-up windows, please: don't

  10. Lost Calm: Jurassic Normal (updated for Hotfix patch 4.2.1) - this mod is quite big when it comes to size on drive, over 1GB, if you're concerned about disc space, first mod to cut out. I keep as i like to hunt the dinos

  12. Man The Ramparts - Campaign, Siege & Battle Realism (Vanilla Settlements) - big battle and mechanics rework, please check the mods description as it's a lot to unpack, i use the mod together with the two mods below:

  13. Shooting Modes and "Artillery Firing Options (Updated for 4.2)" - all work perfectly well together with the mod above

  14. Tier 3 Walls Returned, "Tier 3 Walls for Custom Factions", "Tier 3 Walls for Chaos Dwarf Outposts" - this three mods are bringing back the sieges from before update 3.0 for minor city battles. Together with 3 the mods above should actually provide now a better experience and fun in sieges, but there is still a lot to wish. If don't like sieges - don't subscribe to this 3 mods here.
