Hate to demand a spoiler for the "Resisted Arrest" mission, but I've killed all the police guards and searched all the buildings (tall and small) and rooms, rooftops, cars; hell I even killed off the other civies in the courtyard expecting a mission fail if I clipped him and yet nothing. Did I accidentally kill the guy? Is it because you're working on that mission? or have I completely overlooked some otherwise obvious detail? Do I need to just kill the guards and leave the area? Thanks for your time.

After you kill the 2 officers, the guy you are rescuing runs off to where he needs to be. Once he reaches that spot the task should be complete. Get what I'm saying?

where do u find the scopes ?

There are no scopes in the shop, if thats what you mean.

Hospital just heals you, if you are at full health you shouldnt have any issues.

I tested the farmers market shops and everything seems to be working fine.

Remember you can always do arcade mode, so then you dont have to worry about thirst and hunger.
