Potential CE ammo conflict or mispatch of ammo. May not be a you thing.
I think this is having some kind of CE related bug that may also be related to the VEF - Deserters submod, because of some sort of ammo damage type conflict. Here's a couple of the error lines.

Could not resolve cross-reference: No Verse.ThingDef named VFED_Shell_ArmorPiercing found to give to LTS_Implants.CompProperties_DetonateImplantedBomb LTS_Implants.CompProperties_DetonateImplantedBomb (Filename: C:\buildslave\unity\build\Runtime/Export/Debug/Debug.bindings.h Line: 39) Could not resolve cross-reference: No Verse.HediffDef named LTS_ImplantedArmorPiercing found to give to LTS_Implants.CompProperties_DetonateImplantedBomb LTS_Implants.CompProperties_DetonateImplantedBomb (Filename: C:\buildslave\unity\build\Runtime/Export/Debug/Debug.bindings.h Line: 39)

It has a couple more, but it's just for different variations of the implant (VFED Cluster Shell, LTS Cluster Shell, also Shrapnel for both)

Just stating from the FAQ that the patch is on CEs side, and of thus may be reported there:

Q6: Will you be adding CE compatibility when it gets updated.
A6: user RealLifeHobgoblin states 'New patch just dropped for Combat Extended. Now Integrated Implants has CE functionality!'

The point is that LTS nither plays with CS nor did he made the patch
