Thanks for all the discussion and feedback, I've revamped how the vests interact with other clothing, fixing some bugs and conflicts. They now use a custom slot, allowing use with BP vests (over the top) and bandoliers (under them). I also added support for the vests from Expanded Helicopter Events.

-Over: Bullet Proof Vests, Aprons, Bathrobes, Ghillie Suits, Hazmat Suits

-Fixed Poncho & Fanny Pack rendering conflict.
-Fixed Lack of Display and Error Messages when mousing over replacing items.
-Added support for Expanded Helicopter Events 'Survival Vests,' they now share the same slot and encumbrance reduction. Ensure EHE is loaded BEFORE Vest Pockets for proper integration.
