Before dropping down into the apartment hole(where the swinging body is) Grab the bolt cutters(jump over the hole) and go back up to the roof, cut the chain on the stairs and proceed to the m1911. There are two padlocks on a cabinet. Shoot them off and then use the bolt cutters. You can pick up a free L4D pump shotgun, and/or sniper!

In the apartments streets you can put out a fire with water to make the area more open, the bucket is located in a corner hidden near a police car.

Find the winch hook, attach it to the tow truck. Pick it up from the truck and attach it to the vehicle in the subway. Run back to the truck and activate it to pull the car out.

Find a fuse hidden around the area and place it in the subway fuse box.

Open the safe room and pick up the ladder, go outside and place the ladder on the fence

To power the elevator, find a fuse lying around in one of the rooms. Place it in the fuse box and the elevator will work.
